Step 1: Choose 📋3️⃣ days a week to exercise 🏃 and write ✍️ in your calendar 📅.


Step 2: Put your calendar 📅 where you can see 👀 it.


Step 3: Help make your bed every day 🛏️.













Step 4: Brush your teeth 🦷😁 every morning.



Step 5: Think 💭 about your favourite 💗 fruits 🍎🥝🍓🥭🍌🍒.

Think 💭 about your favourite 💗 vegetables 🥕 🥬 🍅🍆🥔🥒.


*Eat 🍽️ one (1️) vegetable a day

*Eat 🍽️ one (1️) fruit a day








Start ⏲️:

· Monday 📆

· Tuesday 📆

· Wednesday 📆

· Thursday 📆

Start 2️02️1️ off with:
