The letter D šŸ˜€ is the fourth 4ļøāƒ£ letter in the English šŸ”” alphabet. It is also the thirdšŸ„‰ consonant in the English šŸ”” alphabet.




How do we writeāœļø the letter D?

As with every letter in the English alphabet, the letter d can be writtenāœļø in 2 2ļøāƒ£ ways. These 2 āœŒļø ways are called the upper-caseā¬†ļø and the lower-caseā¬‡ļø.

How do we pronouncešŸ—£ļø the letter D?


As you learn more about the letter d, you will notice it is only pronounced šŸ—£in 1 way. The letter D is pronounced the same way as B and C, all with a long 'ee' sound at the end.


For example, b is pronounced 'bee' and c is pronounced 'see'.
